Beckenham Place Mansion

For the first time in decades, this beautiful Georgian mansion is open daily to the public as an arts, cultural and community centre.

A neglected

building

The Grade II* listed Mansion was an ignored and underused building for decades, slowly falling into disrepair.

A creative

uprising

By providing space to creatives and local start ups, we have allowed it to rise again into the cultural epicentre of its locality.

A community

centre

The Mansion is now open daily to the public as an arts, cultural and community centre. It houses artist studios, a yoga/pilates/wellbeing centre, arts and crafts classes, a record shop and a café and hosts regular special events, like food and vintage markets, pop-up cinemas and more.

We believe that arts, culture and creativity build strong and cohesive communities. We want the Mansion to be used by all, so alongside our programming we run engagement projects involving local schools and community groups.
